Shipping FAQs

Q1.Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we do ship to P.O. Boxes.
Q2.Do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska?
At this time, we are unable to ship to Hawaii and Alaska. We are looking to add this feature in the near future.
Q3.Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We can ship to the 48 continental United States.
Q4.How long will it take to receive my order?
Under normal circumstances, usually customer can expect to receive item(s) within:
USPS First Class Mail: 3~5 business days in most cases
Standard: 2~3 business days in most cases
Expedited: 1~2 business days in most cases
Q5.What if my order does not arrive?
Most of our packages arrive in 1~6 business days from the date the order was placed. However, some products may take longer to arrive due to size, weight, location, weather conditions, etc. Please allow up to 10 days from the ship date(as seen on the "My orders") for your item to arrive. If you have not received item by then, email us for assistance.
Q6.How do I get my USPS tracking number?
Simply login to "My Account" and then, click "My Orders"→"ID"(order number)→"Shipment information". You can find out your tracking number here. Or check your email folder to find out our shipping confirmation email.
Q7.Can I ship my order to an APO or FPO address?
Yes, we do ship to all APO or FPO addresses.
Q8.Will I be notified when my order ships?
You will receive an automated email as soon as your Order Status changes to "Shipped" along with a tracking number.
