Cancel Order Before Ship
Before we ship it to you
Usually when we are in processing your order, your order status shows "Processing" and "Shipped". If your order status shows "Processing" and you are thinking about changing your mind before your order shipped, you can request the cancellation. Please send us a message using the form below.
*Order status : Log in → "My account" → "My orders" or Check your email folder to see our confirmation email.
After it ships
We usually ship out the same day as we receive your order. So if your order status shows "Shipped" or you have received an email that "Your order has been shipped", you can not cancel your order.
If you request the cancellation properly, you will receive confirmation email that your oder has been cancelled successfully within next 6 business hours. And no funds will be withdrawn from your account or we will refund the entire purchase.
