Q1. How can I return my order?
If the item was sent wrong or was defective, you may return it within 45 days of receiving your order. And we will refund you the return shipping charge.
If you change your mind, the return item must be in original and perfect factory condition. And we will not refund you the return shipping charge.

Returning is simple.
1. To make sure that your item is eligible for return, please read our Return Policy.
2. If your item is eligible for return, Please return your item(s) with the packing slip(or invoice) to the following address:

3. Have a tracking number so the package can be traced.
Q2. Can I cancel my order?
It's only possible to cancel your order before it has been dispatched. To check if it's still possible to cancel your order, please log in → "My Account" → "My Orders". If your order status shows "Open", you may still be able to cancel your order. Please click "Cancel Order Before Ship" at the bottom of the screen.
If your order status shows "Shipped", it's no longer possible to cancel it.

If you are not a member, please check your email folder. Usually we send shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.
Q3. Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges.

If the item was sent wrong or was defective, you can exchange item only for the exact same item. Exchanges are made for in-stock items. If we do not have the item in stock, we will refund you the amount of your original purchase and your return shipping charges after inspection.
Q4. When do I get my refund once I have returned an item?
Once we have received your return, we process a refund onto the original payment method within 3 business days.
For example, your return should be credited to you within 8 business days if you sent your package via a 3-5 day delivery method.
Q5. What should I do if I lost my invoice?
To view or print your invoice follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click "My Account" link.
3. Click "My Orders" link.
4. Click your order number.
5. Click "Print Invoice" link on the top right of the invoice.

If you are not a member, you can print your invoice from our confirmation email.
