How to return

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 45 days of receiving your order. After understanding our return policy, simply return your item(s) with the packing slip(or the invoice) to the following address:

Return Policy

All return item(s) must follow the return criteria below:

  • All returns must be made within 45 days of receiving your order.
  • Product must be in same condition as it was shipped out.
  • Product must be unworn and unaltered in any way(brushed, combed, finger combed, styled, cut, product applied, etc.).
  • All original retail manufacturer's packaging, tags and materials must be returned.
  • The invoice or copy of invoice must be inside the package.
  • Have a tracking number so the package can be traced.

Please note:

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, including duty and tax if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments.
  • If an package is "Return to Sender" or "delivery refused", the original order will be canceled and refunded.
  • For "Return to Sender" or "delivery refused" shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • If we have a suspicion that you have returned a different item to that supplied by us, or we feel the item has been incorrectly mistreated you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Restocking Fee

Hairbird.com reserves the right to establish a restocking fee after inspecting your return items.

  • If products have been brushed, fingered, worn, damaged, odor(smoke, perfume, hair spray, etc.), or tags/packaging tampered with, products will be charged a restocking fee.

Wrong or defective item(s)

Altered items are not returnable or exchangeable even it's defective.
If the item was sent wrong or was defective, please contact us.

Undeliverable Address / Unclaimed

All packages returned to us due to an invalid address or unclaimed will be restocked and you will be issued a refund minus the initial shipping charge. We are not able to reship an order as all returned shipments are processed by our Returns Department.

Exchanges/Replacements

The exchange/replacement is not available. The item must be returned and refunded and a new order must be placed for the desired item.
