If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned to us in its original condition. After understanding our return policy, complete return request form with a retrun reason. We will send you an email with return instructions.
Change of mind
Since we cannot restock used item for resale, we must receive your returned merchandise in its original condition with tags attached. If you change your mind about the item you purchased, you may only return it for a refund and we do not refund you the return shipping charge. Also restocking fee will be charged.
All return item(s) must follow return criteria below:
- All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Product must be in same condition as it was shipped out.
- No odors of any kind e.g. smoke, hair product, perfume.
- Item(s) must be unworn and unaltered in any way(brushed, combed, finger combed, styled, cut, product applied, etc).
- Tags must still be attached and hairnet umdamaged.
- All original retail manufacturer's packaging, tags and materials must be returned.
- The invoice or copy of invoice must be inside the package. (Please check return section on your invoice.)
- All returns can be subject to a restocking charge depending on the merchandise's condition.
- All returns can be rejected if inspection has shown signs of not meeting our criteria.
- Must be in Original and perfect Factory Condition and in original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, including duty and tax if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments.
- If an package is "Return to Sender" or "delivery refused", the original order will be canceled and reufunded.
- For "Return to Sender" or "delivery refused" shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Please, send us your package via USPS.
All returns can be subject to a restocking charge. The restocking fee is determined by the condition of your return item. Hairbird.com reserves the right to establish a restocking fee after inspecting your return items.
- If products have been brushed, fingered, worn, damaged, odor(smoke, perfume, hair spray, etc.), or tags/packaging tampered with, products will be charged a restocking fee.
If you received free shipping, we will deduct our actual shipping cost for the item(s) returned from your total refund amount.
Wrong or defective item(s)
If the item was sent wrong or was defective, please contact us.
The exchange/replacement is not available. The item must be returned and refunded and a new order must be placed for the desired item.
