The puffs themselves are beautiful with the perfect afro texture however; as another poster commented the same.....these are not drawstring despite the word drawstring written all over the package. I reached out to the company and got the run around and never received a follow up call. Went back to the beauty supply store of purchase and after much back and forth I was able to exchange for something else. Do not purchase these puffs if you are expecting a drawstring.
